Dar Nilam is a beautiful riad with a little garden, and lavish decorations. Expect great helpful service. It’s in a quiet safe neighborhood near the Tangier Train station. You’ll need to catch a taxi if you want to explore the medina or downtown. Dar Nilam is only 300m from the beach, but this beach isn’t safe to swim in (No matter what a Moroccan tells you!) Breakfast is included in the price, and I think you can arrange to eat other meals in the hotel as well.
